Paragon Award Winners Announced for 2008-2009

Kids in the Kitchen
In conjunction with National Nutrition Month in March, the Junior League of Nashville launched its first annual childhood obesity and nutrition education initiative, Junior Leagues' Kids in the Kitchen, in conjunction with the Girl Scouts of Middle Tennessee. The program which works to empower children to adopt healthy lifestyles, kicked off on March 28, 2009 when 200 Middle Tennessee Girls Scouts came to the Girl Scout City Center for a morning or an afternoon filled with fun, interactive and educational activities!
