Board of Trust
The Board of Trust’s primary roles are to oversee and protect the Junior League’s charitable assets and to provide strategic insight and feedback as trusted advisors to the Board of Directors of the Junior League of Nashville. The Board of Trustees is comprised of five members–two are League members, and three are non-League members.

Trustee and Fiduciary Chair Bios:
Robin Satyshur (through 2025)
Robin is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Nashville and has served as a Trustee for the League’s Trust and Endowments since 2015. Robin’s passion for serving families is represented by her diverse business and leadership experience in family offices, private family trust companies, trust administration, and multi-family offices in service to affluent, multi-generational families.
In previous leadership positions, Robin has served as Vice President, Finance & Accounting Operations at The Cox Family Office (Atlanta); Principal at Diversified Trust; Founder, CEO, and Director of Pendleton Square Trust Company; and as Treasurer and COO of The Family Office, LLC.
Robin is a certified public accountant (inactive) and holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University.
Will Edwards Settle (through 2026)
Will Ed joined Woodmont Investment Counsel in 2011 upon the merger of Woodmont and Teleion Capital, LLC, an investment management firm which he co-founded in 2002. At Woodmont, Will Ed serves on the investment committee with a focus on Woodmont’s equity portfolio strategies. For two decades, Will Ed has advised families and institutions both in Nashville and across the country.
Will Ed started his career as a Research Analyst in the equity capital markets division of Raymond James & Associates (NYSE: RJF) and SunTrust Equitable Securities (formerly Equitable Securities and SunTrust RH Securities). His investment and advisory experiences include serving as portfolio manager for a multi-cap equity strategy, as a trustee and committee member for small and university endowments, as a bank board chair, and as a member of the investment committee for a private trust company of a large midwestern family. In addition to Will Ed’s professional pursuits, he has been active in numerous local non-profits including the KIPP Nashville Board for sixteen years where he served as board chair and chair of the finance and governance committees during his tenure. Will Ed lives in Nashville, TN with his wife and three children. He enjoys family trips, his kids’ sports and artistic pursuits, and challenging weekly lessons at church.
Shana Allsmiller (through 2027)
Shana Allsmiller is a wife, mother, professional, and community volunteer who makes her home in her native city of Nashville, Tennessee. Shana is married to Brian Allsmiller and they have five children and three grandchildren between them.
After graduating with a B.S. from Vanderbilt University, Shana went to work for her family’s mechanical construction business. She has served in several capacities during her 30+ years with the company and moved into her current position as Division Manager in 2018. Shana has worked with several local community organizations in leadership roles. She was the founding President of the Greater Nashville Affiliate of the Susan G. Komen for the Cure. In addition, she has served on the boards of the Rape and Sexual Abuse Center, the United Way of Williamson County and the Junior League of Nashville where she was President from 2006-2007. Shana currently serves on the Ambassador Board of Project Cure where she has recently completed a term as President of the board. In her free time she enjoys working in her garden, walking with her husband and 2 dogs and dreaming up various renovation projects that are always ongoing at home.
Carol Womack (through 2028)
Carol Womack serves as a Principal at Diversifed Trust, where she oversees the firm’s private equity strategies and is a member of the Investment Team. Prior to joining Diversified Trust, Carol spent 23 years at Vanderbilt University and most recently served as the Managing Director of Private Markets. In that capacity, she was responsible for a diversified global portfolio of private equity investments and was an integral member of the team overseeing Vanderbilt’s endowment fund. She is a certified public accountant (CPA) and began her career in public accounting at KPMG.
Carol graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University. She received a Master of Business Administration cum laude from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management. She is a Trustee of the Junior League of Nashville, a Private Equity Women Investor Network (PEWIN) board member, and has also been appointed to four investor advisory committees for private equity funds based in California and Boston.
Chrystie Holmstrom (through 2029)
Chrystie Holmstrom is a general business lawyer with over 20 years of experience in corporate law and family offices. After 15 years serving in in-house roles for a multibillion dollar family office and investment company in New York and later at an energy startup in Nashville, she joined Holland & Knight in 2024 as a corporate partner. She has advised companies on both large-scale corporate transactions as well as family offices and ultra-high net worth individuals on investment strategies and personal business matters. She is a member of both the New York and Tennessee bars.
Chrystie lives in Nashville, TN with her husband and three children.
Hadley Doolittle (through 2030)
Hadley Doolittle is a Financial Advisor at Wealth Enhancement Group, where she combines expertise, strategic insight, and a client-centered approach to wealth management. She specializes in crafting tailored financial strategies with a strong emphasis on tax-efficient planning. With an analytical mindset and a passion for excellence, Hadley provides personalized guidance that helps clients navigate today’s complex financial landscape with clarity and confidence. She is proud to be part of a team known for its commitment to customized, tax-integrated portfolios and forward-thinking wealth management.
Catherine Street (Fiduciary Chair)
Catherine Street is a CPA and CFA Charterholder with nearly a decade of experience serving ultra high net worth individuals, family offices, and private equity firms. From her time as a Big Four Audit Manager to a Portfolio Manager at a Wealth Management Firm and now a Single Family Office, Catherine is a trusted, strategic advisor with a strong background in accounting, investments, finance, trusts & estates, and board governance.
Mrs. Street currently serves as the Fiduciary Chair for the Junior League of Nashville Board of Trust, and on the board of Young Leaders Council, Economic Club of Nashville, and the Auburn University Accounting Advisory Council. In 2021 she received the Nashville Emerging Leader Award (NELA) in the Financial Services category presented by the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce.
