Centennial Gala & Late Party – APRIL 23

Can I purchase a ticket the evening of the event?

The Gala is sold out, and the last day to purchase Late Party tickets is April 21. Tickets will not be sold the evening of the event.

Will I receive my ticket(s) in the mail or via email?

Tickets will not be issued. Guests will simply need to check in upon arrival in the Main Lobby of the Schermerhorn Symphony Center.

What is the attire?

The attire is formal/black tie. Cocktail dresses may be worn to the late party.

What are the health and safety protocols?

We will follow the Schermerhorn Symphony Center Audience & Safety Plan.

Does my ticket include a plus one?

No, each ticket is priced per person. Whether bringing a date or meeting up with friends, everyone is welcome to attend.

Where should I park?

Complimentary valet parking is included with ticket reservations for both the Gala and Late Party. Enter Symphony Place off Fourth Avenue South across from Hilton Nashville Downtown to enter the valet line.

Do I need to bring cash to buy drinks at the event?

No, the Centennial Gala & Late Party will have fully hosted bars and beverage service.

GALA

Is there reserved seating? Who should I notify about dietary restrictions?

Yes, gala guests will be seated at reserved tables. If you have a preference on seating or dietary restrictions, please email jlngala2021@gmail.com.

When should Centennial Gala guests arrive?

Gala guests may arrive at 6:30 p.m. for the Cocktail Reception. Dinner will begin at 8:00 p.m., followed by a program at 9:00 p.m. Following the program, guests are encouraged to stay and enjoy the evening with dancing to party band Burning Las Vegas until midnight.

LATE PARTY

When should Late Party guests arrive?

Late party guests should arrive at 8:00 p.m. We will have a cocktail reception for Late Party guests until 8:45 p.m., and then all guests will be asked to be seated for the program that begins at 9:00 p.m.

Is there reserved seating for Late Party guests?

Late Party Guests will be seated in the Concert Hall, and Late Party Patrons have reserved VIP seating in the Loge and Founders Boxes.

Will there be food served for Late Party guests?

Late-night party fare will be served at 10:30 p.m. for all guests.
