JLN Hosts Senior Staff POLL Conference

posted on

This past July 26th – 28th, JLN hosted 24 senior staff members from POLL leagues around the country. These staff members get together annually to network on best practices, receive one-on-one training from Digital Cheetah, and hear from speakers at the host league on topics of interest.

This year’s conference was kicked off with a motivating talk from current JLN President Krystal Clark. Former JLN President Laura Creekmore gave the Keynote Address, Managing a Small Staff, and former JLN President and Endowment Chair Mary Lee Bartlett spoke on Creating and Growing a Junior League Endowment Fund.

Additionally, Tamesha Derico, Associate Program Manager for Development Services at Vanderbilt University Medical Center gave a talk on Diversity and Inclusion, Moving From Diversity to Inclusion: Effective Communication.

Digital Cheetah CEO and President AJ Tidwell and Vice President of Development were on hand to provide additional training on newly implemented Digital Cheetah tools as well as best practices.

Attendees left with lots of new resources and contacts and a new appreciation for Music City, USA!
