Welcome to the Junior League of Nashville blog!

We’re an organization of 1,500 courageous women who make things happen in Greater Nashville to help make a difference in the community while also supporting each other’s professional and personal growth.

For those of you who may be new to our page, our “chapter” was founded in 1922 and joined The Association of Junior Leagues International, Inc shortly after. While our headquarters is near Green Hills mall, you will mostly find us spread out across the city through our various volunteer efforts like Members in Motion, fundraising events like SHOP | SAVE | SUPPORT, or enjoying fun events like our recent wine & wood decorating workshop.

As we’re about to celebrate our centennial in 2022, we wanted to create a space where we can connect with the dynamic and growing city of Nashville, share our experiences and create a space to drive and inspire community change.

In the upcoming year, we will share facts and stories about the social issues facing Nashville and how the partner agencies we work with improve literacy, aid survivors of human trafficking, and provide life-critical procedures (and comfort) to the families at the Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt (MCJCHV). Inside fact: The Children’s Hospital was established in 1932 after joining with the Junior League of Nashville’s Home for Crippled Children. JLN has donated 17 million dollars to the hospital over the years.

We’ve got an exciting year planned. We can’t wait to share and learn with you along the way.
