The Junior League of Nashville was founded in 1922. The first project was a home for children with polio and other orthopedic conditions.

At the end of 2025, our Provisional members partnered with Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt University Medical Center to assemble pajama kits and craft kits for pediatric patients—supporting both comfort and creativity during their hospital stays.
